Legacy Esports unveils rebrand with new logo

Legacy Esports is proud to present the new LGC logo and branding to celebrate our five-year anniversary.

From our origin as a single League of Legends team, Legacy Esports expanded into games such as Overwatch, Rocket League and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and has emerged as one of the leading esports organisations when it comes to growth and sustainability.

The fifth anniversary and the turn of the decade marks a new chapter, which begins with our 2020 brand refresh.

The tree with its strong roots and branches – which has always represented Legacy Esports – has been modernised in the new logo and our traditional bright green colour has been retained.

Legacy Esports Head of Esports Tim Wendel said the timing was right for the new-look Legacy logo.

“As we started to approach our five-year anniversary, the timing felt right to look at where we have come from and where we are heading in 2020 and beyond,” Wendel said.

“We believe that our refreshed, modernised logo with the bright green tree strongly represents our team, our values and everything we stand for at Legacy Esports.

“With more exciting announcements coming soon, LGC fans can strap themselves in for many exciting years ahead.”
