It’s with pleasure that Legacy Esports announces Melbourne based Kori “Vandie” Hallows has joined Australia’s most dynamic esports organization, Legacy Esports, in a new position as Stream Manager.
Vandie joins Legacy Esports with extensive gaming experience involving streaming, esports event hosting and shout casting.
Vandie will work closely with Legacy Esports staff across talent, sales, analytics, media and account management and will be the key contact regarding Legacy Esports 2020 streaming strategy. She will report to Head of Esports Tim Wendel.
Legacy Esports’ move to manage and support gaming content creators is a significant strategic move to directly link driving brand value and return for current and future partners.
Executive Esports lead and Chief Operating Officer for the Adelaide Football Club Nigel Smart said “Moving to identifying, managing and analysing gaming content creators will be an important capability we will invest and build out in 2020. I can see in the future Legacy Esports having a large variety of gaming content creators, engaging with vast audiences, across various games which we bring together collectively to create great value.”
Tim Wendel said “Legacy Esports has always had a focus on its teams and high performance, fine-tuning and improving its individual and team strategies. With a range of great brand partners joining Legacy Esports including Samsung, Optus and Razer, the move to build out our fan and audience engagement, through player and talent streaming is the next logical growth initiative.”
Vandie said “I’m looking forward to working with all the staff and talent at Legacy Esports driving value creation and creativity for both brands, the talent and their audiences.”
Legacy Esports will be announcing a range of new talent joining its lineup over the next period with Vandie starting immediately in the position.
